Job Positions and Salaries
barback: You’ll stock ice and produce at the bar and perform maintenance throughout the shift and assist bartenders with their requests. You will cut fruit and deal with garbage. You will wash, sanitize, polish and sterilize glassware. You will maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar, including tables, counters, sinks, utensils, shelves and storage areas.
Prerequisite: 1 year of fine dining and fast-paced experience.
broiler cook: You will open and check the station to provide a fully tuned station for service. You will cook all the meats at the desired degrees according to the wishes of the guests. You must communicate with the butcher while working.
Prerequisite: 2 years of experience.
food runner: You will ensure that all beverages are prepared in a way that consistently maintains quality standards at all times. You will prepare the mise en scene for the accelerator line. You must have full menu knowledge and present it to guests effectively.
Prerequisite: 1 year of fine dining and fast-paced experience.
