Job Positions and Salaries
Crew Member: You will interact with guests to create an extraordinary experience. You will complete guest orders at the checkout. You will be expected to sell in an obscene manner. You will clean, sweep and mop floors. Sometimes you will need to answer phone calls and give directions, take food orders and messages.
Line Server: You will smile and greet each guest, then serve food based on portion size. You must follow food safety procedures. you will win about $9/hour.
Shift Leader: You will motivate team members to provide excellent guest experiences. You must learn the duties and responsibilities of each job position because you will manage, train and coach team members through their daily routines. You will be responsible for all opening and/or closing tasks.
Prerequisite: 1 year of shift management experience in the restaurant industry or outstanding leadership experience in a service industry.
