team member: You will either be a cashier, server and/or cook. You are expected to treat guests well and to be prone to teamwork.
Dishwasher: You will wash the dishes in the back room of the restaurant.
Delivery Driver: You will make safe and efficient deliveries to customers in the commerce area from a Boston Market store location. You will aim to deliver on time.
Prerequisite: 18 years old. Driver’s license.
Hourly Shift Supervisor: You must be able to perform all Team Member duties, and you will supervise Team Members while they work. You must ensure guest satisfaction during your working hours in the restaurant.
Prerequisite: High school diploma or GED.
assistant director: You will be responsible for the general day-to-day processes at your Boston Market restaurant. You will supervise and motivate Team Members so they can provide great guest service.
Prerequisite: 21 years old. High school diploma or GED. Driver’s license. 6 months of experience working in a fast paced environment, meeting/exceeding overall customer service satisfaction results and using Microsoft Office Suite.
Professional Restaurant Leader: You will lead a Boston Market chain of 6 to 10 locations. You will ensure the execution of operational plans and deployments. You’ll develop and recruit restaurant leaders who enjoy making people love their food.
Prerequisite: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 3 years of experience success in exceeding the main goals and objectives. 5 years of experience in management of 5+ units. 5 years of experience in analyzing financials, maintaining cost control systems and business planning.
