Job Positions and Salaries
team member: At Blaze Pizza you will use the right tools and procedures to prepare, build and serve the perfect food. You will serve each of your guests in a courteous, fast and efficient manner with a sincere, positive, pleasant and enthusiastic attitude. You’ll fill orders and run a cash register.
Shift Leader: You will take orders, prepare and cook great pizzas according to Blaze Pizza company standards. You will perform almost all Team Member duties, and you will also be expected to supervise Team Members throughout your shift.
Manager: You will be responsible for administrative tasks such as balancing cash drawers, stocktaking, and food safety standards. By interviewing, recruiting and training new team members at your Blaze Pizza location, you’ll help build the Blaze brand and culture.
Prerequisite: 2 years audit experience. High school diploma. Basic knowledge of P & L statements.

The interview process at Blaze Pizza is quick and easy. There may or may not be a group interview depending on the number of applicants currently. You will be asked about your work experience, availability, extracurricular activities and personal qualifications during the interview. Then, most likely, you will be hired immediately.
